Partners with Sales, Growth, Marketing, Product, and Client Success to convert consultant engagement into pipeline, bookings, and market influence. Provides commercial guidance, develops consultant-specific messaging, represents the company externally, and brings market intelligence into go-to-market planning. Requires deep employee benefits expertise, senior consulting relationships, team leadership, AI fluency, and domestic travel up to 50%.

Leads major product launches, growth initiatives, and commercialization efforts across the organization. Translates executive goals into executable plans, coordinates cross-functional teams, identifies risks, removes roadblocks, and establishes repeatable launch processes. Partners with international product and engineering teams, provides actionable executive reporting, and uses AI tools to improve decision-making and organizational efficiency. The role requires strategic judgment, operational excellence, consensus-building, and experience in healthcare technology, consulting, or startup environments.

Lead strategic account management for public sector healthcare clients to drive retention, revenue growth, adoption, and expansion. Serve as primary executive contact, manage renewals and procurement cycles, run business reviews, identify new use cases, coordinate cross-functional teams, and track outcomes to mitigate risk and maximize client value.

Lead end-to-end client implementations from kickoff through launch and stabilization. Own project planning, timelines, cross-functional execution, risk identification/escalation, status reporting, issue resolution, process improvement, and act as primary client point of contact to ensure successful launches.
