Provides administrative and executive support for Baxter’s Respiratory Care leadership team and St. Paul facility. Responsibilities include calendar and travel management, expense reconciliation, communications, event and meeting coordination, special projects, procurement and invoice processing, sales onboarding, tradeshow sponsorships, compliance tracking, marketing support, and front-desk backup. The role requires strong organization, communication, discretion, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Concur, and Ariba systems.

Leads Baxter’s Eastern portfolio sales organization, developing regional strategies to grow revenue and profitability. Oversees large field sales teams, forecasts, budgets, resource allocation, incentive programs, customer relationships, strategic opportunities, and cross-functional alignment. Builds high-performing teams and partners with Marketing, Legal, Finance, Operations, Medical Affairs, Sales Training, and corporate stakeholders. Requires medical device sales leadership, P&L expertise, hospital market knowledge, contract negotiation with GPOs and IDNs, and experience launching products or contracts.

Supervise a controls engineering team and provide plant engineering support across automation, manufacturing capacity, process optimization, validation, compliance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. Lead equipment design, installation, startup, testing, change controls, NCR/CAPA investigations, and capital budgeting. Mentor engineers and technicians, coordinate cross-functional projects, support production and service teams, and drive plant innovation while supervising three to five controls engineers.

Lead complex upgrades for Baxter Care Communications systems in integrated healthcare environments. Assess software, hardware, network, and integration requirements; execute deployments; facilitate technical discussions with customer IT teams; troubleshoot system, application, database, infrastructure, and networking issues; and provide mentorship and escalation support to engineers. Collaborate with product development, project management, and technical support teams on root-cause resolution, product improvements, continuous improvement, and change management.

Lead end-to-end embedded software development for regulated medical monitoring devices. Own architecture, technical roadmaps, risk mitigation, implementation, verification, release, and sustaining support. Provide technical leadership and mentoring while partnering with Quality, Regulatory, Clinical, Manufacturing, Service, Supply Chain, and Program Management teams. Ensure compliance with medical device standards, cybersecurity, quality systems, risk management, and design controls throughout the product lifecycle.

Leads Baxter’s government pricing and compliance function, including AMP, BP, ASP, 340B, Non-FAMP, Medicaid rebate, VA/FSS, and state transparency submissions. Oversees pricing methodology, regulatory interpretation, outsourced calculation partners, Model N governance, reconciliation, reserves, accruals, audit readiness, and vendor performance. Advises Commercial, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Market Access leaders on pricing and legislative impacts, including IRA-related changes. Drives process standardization, unbundling, system modernization, and special projects.

Serves as the primary finance partner for Revenue Cycle Management and field operations. Leads forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, financial modeling, capacity planning, and operational performance analysis. Develops executive dashboards and Power BI reporting to monitor enrollment, deployment, throughput, cash collections, and financial results. Validates reporting data, identifies opportunities to improve productivity and cash realization, and presents data-driven recommendations to operational, finance, and executive stakeholders.

Supports Baxter’s cardiac monitoring sales and customer operations by processing orders, maintaining customer accounts, responding to inquiries, managing lead and account setup activities, coordinating shipment issue resolution with warehouse partners, preparing reports, and supporting inventory tracking. The role requires accurate documentation, billing and pricing maintenance, responsive customer service, and collaboration with sales, logistics, operations, and external vendors.

Own and direct cybersecurity design for multiple medical devices. Develop security architectures, requirements, threat models, risk analyses, and system specifications for embedded and hosted systems. Perform vulnerability scanning, secure code analysis, penetration testing, fuzz testing, and CWE/CVE analysis. Lead cross-functional cybersecurity improvements, resolve technical constraints, support regulatory interactions, and ensure compliance with quality systems and design controls.

Designs, develops, tests, verifies, and supports electrical and electronic systems for medical devices. Responsibilities include circuit design, schematics, component selection, simulation, prototyping, verification and validation testing, troubleshooting, risk management, EMC and safety compliance, regulatory documentation, manufacturing transfer, sustaining engineering, and supplier collaboration. The role works cross-functionally with software, mechanical, quality, manufacturing, regulatory, and clinical teams while contributing to process improvement and mentoring junior engineers.
