The HR Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor to leaders across multiple sites and regions. Responsibilities include workforce planning, organizational design, talent development, employee engagement, employee relations, HR compliance, union relations, HR analytics, and continuous improvement. The role partners with HR Centers of Excellence and Operations, supports managers, administers HR processes and Workday, and periodically travels to sites for leadership and employee relations support.

Lead monitoring, detection, and response for network and system security. Investigate security events, support incident response and disaster recovery, develop security policies, and recommend security enhancements to align with frameworks and compliance requirements.

Support and lead lean-driven process improvements across manufacturing: analyze production data, troubleshoot equipment, create SOPs and training, run Kaizen/5S/Kanban initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage change to boost efficiency, quality, and cost savings.

Manage a portfolio of projects to industrialize battery fire protection and emission control products. Lead cross-functional teams to standardize and implement advanced manufacturing processes, ensure compliance with automotive standards (IATF, ISO 9001, APQP), drive quality and supplier coordination, mentor project teams, and prioritize safety and sustainability while delivering projects on schedule and within budget.

The EHS Lead is responsible for developing safety and environmental programs, ensuring compliance with regulations, providing training, and tracking metrics, while supporting site leadership in improving safety practices.

Manage the site Process Engineering team, lead projects to improve OEE, efficiency and cost, oversee capital expenditures and continuous improvement, ensure HSE and ISO quality compliance, solve process and technical problems, and develop team capability.

Responsible for ensuring product regulatory compliance, managing environmental regulations, leading PFAS program, and collaborating across departments for effective compliance practices.
