Leads integrated marketing and communications programs for federal clients, managing teams, client relationships, creative development, research, outreach, budgets, timelines, KPIs, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. Provides coaching, reviews strategic and creative deliverables, develops integrated plans, oversees risks and compliance, and delivers digital and social strategy insights for diverse audiences.

Design, develop, and manage SharePoint sites, workflows, lists, libraries, permissions, and integrations. Build Power Platform automations, customize with SPFx/HTML/CSS/JavaScript, administer SQL Server/PowerShell/AD, troubleshoot issues, manage content and records, monitor tasking and shared mailboxes, and support records management and prototype evaluations for the External Affairs office.

Support federal external affairs by creating print and digital graphics, presentations, templates, animations, icons, and multimedia. Coordinate production, ensure 508 accessibility and brand consistency, and assist senior designers on brochures, reports, exhibits, kiosks, and outreach materials.

Lead as single point of contact for contract and COR, manage multi-disciplinary teams, produce project plans and monthly reports, maintain staffing, handle communications and respond to technical issues within two hours during business hours.

Provide writing and editing support for External Affairs communications: draft speeches, talking points, fact sheets, web content, newsletters, and other materials; proofread for grammar and style; apply plain language; support design and distribution for internal and external audiences.

Support federal external affairs by assisting PR campaign planning and execution, managing speaker requests and logistics, preparing briefing memos and media materials, conducting outreach and research, maintaining regional media lists, and performing clerical tracking and scheduling in accordance with SOPs.

Lead visual design across digital and print for federal communications: create graphics, infographics, motion graphics, video, 3D assets, templates, and event materials. Maintain asset repository, ensure 508 compliance, and support photo/video capture and editing.

Write, edit, and manage website, SharePoint, and Google Sites content; maintain CMS uploads; ensure SEO and Section 508 compliance; prepare web images; coordinate content reviews and quarterly certification; update database content; develop and deliver training on web content tools and processes.
