Provide strategic, operational, and analytical consulting support to U.S. Customs and Border Protection projects, including program management, change management, strategic communications, process improvement, data analytics, governance, and workforce engagement. Support change management for a federal technology modernization program: conduct stakeholder engagement, impact analyses, readiness assessments, workshops, communications, training and executive coaching; maintain documentation, drive adoption, and travel frequently to client sites.
