Implement and integrate AI solutions across logistics, HR, and administrative functions. Build RAG architectures, develop deep learning and generative AI models, work with LLMs (Meta Llama, OpenAI GPT), and collaborate cross-functionally with executive leadership. Internship may lead to full-time employment.

Support the Controller in multi-entity financial reporting, month-end close, reconciliations, audits, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and working capital. Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. Drive HR compliance, workforce planning, process improvement, culture and leadership development, and implement AI-driven tools to scale people operations.

Coordinate, schedule, and manage classes, workshops, job fairs and training events. Communicate with stakeholders, develop training materials, lead or assist instruction, maintain records, ensure documentation completion, and support event logistics.

Provide full-time executive-level administrative support to the President/CEO, managing complex scheduling, travel, correspondence, files (paper and electronic), meeting preparation, court documents for receivership, and office/board meeting coordination while supporting administrative services and office operations.
