Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of dealer clients through consultative field sales. Develop retention and revenue strategies, sell Cox Automotive inventory and wholesale solutions, identify cross-selling opportunities, collaborate with marketing and internal sales teams, and meet monthly quotas. The role requires frequent travel to client businesses, relationship building, automotive or auction knowledge, and effective use of Salesforce for sales management and reporting.

Leads enterprise database strategy, administration, optimization, high availability, disaster recovery, and performance initiatives. Stabilizes on-premises databases and designs phased migrations to AWS. Provides technical authority on SQL Server, relational and NoSQL platforms, data architecture, CI/CD, observability, and resilient cloud-native systems. Collaborates with engineering and architecture teams, mentors database administrators, guides modernization efforts, and communicates technical trade-offs to stakeholders.

Build and govern enterprise AI platform integrations on AWS Quick, including connectors, authentication, ingestion pipelines, agents, access controls, DLP, observability, cost tracking, evaluation frameworks, and feedback APIs. Improve the AI Artifact Hub, ensure reliability and security, mentor engineers, review designs, and collaborate with domain teams and AWS technical staff. Participate in on-call support and guide architecture and engineering standards.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable software across the technology stack. Translate requirements into technical specifications, deliver features using Agile practices, write automated tests, resolve production issues, and ensure security, reliability, and performance. Use AI-assisted development tools and spec-driven workflows, collaborate with Product, QA, and Architecture, contribute to technical decisions, and mentor junior engineers.

Lead stabilization, optimization, and re-architecture of large on-prem SQL Server environments and execute phased migrations to AWS. Manage availability, replication, performance tuning, backups, automation, HA/DR (Always On), and security while collaborating with engineering, DevOps, and security teams.

Build and maintain automated cloud infrastructure workflows, support hybrid cloud operations, document architectures and deployment standards, and integrate IT service management tools. The intern will work with Infrastructure as Code, configuration management, cloud platforms, monitoring, troubleshooting, security policies, and self-service cloud offerings while collaborating with experienced engineers in an agile environment.

Drive growth and retention of subscription revenue for Autotrader and Kelley Blue Book by managing a portfolio of franchise and large independent dealers. Build relationships, provide data-driven consultative insights, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, run ROI business reviews, manage pipeline and forecasting, and support implementation and issue resolution.
