Process and audit invoices using VMRS coding, index invoices into the workflow, handle PO line inquiries and provider discrepancies, process rebills, mark Work & Cost Complete, and perform other billing duties as assigned.

Lead pricing, packaging, and monetization strategy for a business unit. Partner with Sales, Product, Finance, and IT to develop executable pricing models, discounting and rebate strategies, analytics, and market tests. Provide pricing science thought leadership, support executive-level pricing discussions, guide transformational initiatives, and build trusted relationships with GMs and sales leaders to drive revenue and EBITA improvements.

Provide Tier 1 customer support via phone, email, chat and ticketing. Troubleshoot standard software/configuration issues, document cases, escalate complex problems, coordinate cross-team follow-up, and deliver one-on-one training to drive customer satisfaction. Maintain records and apply security processes while working flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Manage SMB customer retention by resolving billing and service issues, negotiating renewals and offers, making outbound outreach for upsells and referrals, troubleshooting service problems, coordinating with sales support, and driving incremental revenue while reducing controllable churn.

Responsible for growing and retaining subscription revenue across Autotrader and Kelley Blue Book products by managing a portfolio of franchise and independent automotive dealers. Handle inbound calls, chats, and SMS from automotive dealers and auctions to resolve account and service inquiries. Manage cases, document interactions, use proprietary software for research and follow-up, escalate complex issues, meet quality and production metrics, and occasionally make outbound calls. Work hybrid schedule within 9:00 AM–8:00 PM EST with possible mandatory overtime.
