Designs, delivers, and manages learning programs across onboarding, leadership, compliance, technical and internship tracks. Develops instructional materials, facilitates in-person and virtual sessions, administers the LMS, measures program effectiveness, and partners with managers and Talent Management to identify learning needs and improve curriculum and learner experience.

The Transformer Field Assembly Technician will assemble, install, inspect, and maintain medium and high voltage power transformers, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards while interfacing with clients and other contractors.

Support day-to-day operations and project accounting: act as finance contact between operations and finance, maintain Epicor Kinetic data integrity, assist monthly close, monitor WIP and AP, manage supplier onboarding and inventory reporting, prepare sales tax returns, generate reports/dashboards, and help streamline workflows.
