Develop and maintain relationships with community referral sources, agencies, and healthcare professionals to obtain and enter qualified referrals into the PACE CRM. Implement sales strategies to grow enrollment, collaborate with internal teams to align operations and outreach, act as liaison to resolve participant issues, and represent the organization at community locations and events.

Lead and support system-level clinical engineering regulatory and quality operations, develop standards and processes, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (TJC, DNV, NFPA, CAP, AAMI, CISA), manage vendor/contract labor strategy, track KPIs, and support transitions, continuous improvement, and cross-functional alignment.

Directs physician recruitment across the health system: monitor staffing needs, source and screen candidates, coordinate on-site interviews, manage contracting and hiring, onboard new physicians, and maintain provider relationships.

Answer and route incoming calls, page staff and announcements, direct patients and visitors, maintain patient confidentiality, implement emergency procedures, and provide mail services backup including verifying discharges on night shifts.
