Optimizes HR systems through Workday configuration, administration, troubleshooting, testing, and user enablement. Supports Workday Help and Journeys, develops UiPath and Power Automate automations, manages technical issues, coordinates UAT and implementation partners, and contributes to HR technology strategy and roadmap planning. Requires advanced employment-law knowledge, discretion, analytical ability, and collaboration across HR, legal, compliance, and management teams.

Leads enterprise strategic sourcing, procurement strategy, supplier and contract negotiations, spend analysis, category planning, and cost-reduction initiatives. Manages complex sourcing projects, RFI/RFP/RFQ processes, supplier performance, contract compliance, dashboards, and financial validation. Directs sourcing staff, collaborates with executives, legal, finance, healthcare ministries, and suppliers, and drives standardization, process improvement, risk management, and system-wide implementation.
