Lead strategic sourcing and competitive procurement processes for direct and indirect categories, perform financial and cost‑benefit analyses, negotiate high‑value contracts, coordinate cross‑functional approvals, validate savings with finance, and manage supplier relationships to optimize total cost of ownership and service levels across regional health ministries.
