Provide test planning, execution, and V&V for aerospace and defense systems across component and system levels. Develop test plans/procedures, execute tests using industry tools, document results, and improve test processes throughout product lifecycle while working on multidisciplinary teams supporting ISR, aviation, and space systems.

Designs and executes test plans for aircraft, ISR payloads, and integrated systems. Develops procedures, conducts Verification & Validation (V&V), documents results, troubleshoots hardware/software, and improves test processes across product lifecycles using industry test tools and certification practices.

Manage program integration for complex ISR, aviation, and security projects (budgets $20M+). Oversee schedule, cost, risks, proposals, stakeholder relations, team leadership, and program lifecycle to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery and compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.

Lead systems engineering activities including requirements engineering, systems integration, V&V, and MBSE. Oversee technical planning, risk management, architecture/design development, and lifecycle management. Manage major project deliverables, mentor team members, and provide leadership and cross-team collaboration to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Lead capture and business development for large Aerospace & Defense opportunities: develop/execute capture strategies, assess markets, engage senior stakeholders, build teams, drive proposals from identification through award, and mentor junior staff.

Manage multiple or large projects across all phases from proposal through closeout. Assemble and lead cross-functional teams, develop schedules, budgets, and deliverables, track performance against milestones and budgets, communicate status to stakeholders, prepare reports, and adapt to changing requirements to ensure timely completion.

Support preparation, documentation, tracking, storage allocation, and shipping of materials, spares, tools, and equipment. Maintain accurate inventory records, ensure regulatory compliance for shipping/import-export, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries.

Design, develop, test, and troubleshoot electrical/electronic systems and circuit card assemblies for aerospace/defense platforms. Create technical designs, test plans, and documentation; participate in design reviews, collaborate with cross-functional teams, validate systems, and mentor junior engineers.

Temporary fellowship providing on-the-job logistics experience: inventory counting, receiving, shipping, cycle and physical inventories, record-keeping in Costpoint, kit assembly, requisitions, and shipping/receiving support while working within company safety and documentation procedures.
