Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and documentation of logistics materials, including spares, tools, and equipment.
- Coordinate and track the shipping and routing of materials, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment, components, repair parts, and related manuals.
- Support the allocation and organization of storage facilities for logistics materials.
- Assist in the documentation and compliance with import/export requirements.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 0-1 year of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Higher level relevant degree may substitute for experience.
- Basic knowledge of state, federal, and global regulations related to logistics.
- Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Proficiency in logistics software and tools.
- Exposure to inventory databases.
- Familiarity with Inventory and Supply Chain/Logistics principles and techniques.
- Familiarity with AvPro or similar aviation maintenance tracking systems.
- HazMat Training/Certification.
- Ability to operate a forklift.
- Experience with shipping databases, such as FedEx, DHL, UPS.
- Understanding of shelf life.
- Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, the US Department of Defense or US Military.
Essential Functions:
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Ability to work on your feet for a majority of the work shift.
- Ability to work in a loud environment.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Ability to work in an office or hybrid environment.

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $19.95 - $27.44. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications.
