Senior Business Analyst to support and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Provide functional support across GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management and SCM; participate in full lifecycle implementations, data migration, configuration, testing, and user support; collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and implementation partners to optimize financial processes and integrations.

Manage and modernize enterprise endpoint environment using SCCM and Intune. Oversee Windows 10/11 lifecycle, implement Autopilot provisioning, maintain GPO/cloud policies, automate with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph, ensure endpoint security and compliance, deploy applications, monitor health, and troubleshoot complex deployment issues while collaborating with security, infrastructure, and helpdesk teams.

Support development and implementation of integrated global supply chain systems by defining requirements, re‑engineering processes, managing projects and testing, providing training and first‑level support, maintaining system data, running interface reports, troubleshooting issues, driving process improvements, leading project teams, and reporting status to management.

Serve as liaison between IT and HR to support Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Time & Labor). Provide application support, patch testing, SQL-based troubleshooting, requirements gathering, documentation, training, and collaborate with technical and business teams to implement enhancements and maintain system stability.

Drive revenue and market share for M/LWD and Wellbore Placement services across assigned US Land territories. Develop and execute strategic sales plans, identify new business, lead technical customer engagements and negotiations, collaborate with operations and engineering to deliver integrated solutions, maintain executive relationships, manage pipeline in Salesforce, provide forecasts and market intelligence, and represent Nabors at industry events.

Design and develop new mechanical products using 3D parametric CAD and engineering principles. Perform calculations and FEA, create BOMs and assembly instructions, verify tolerances, review drawings, support manufacturing/quality/marketing, interface with vendors, and participate in safety activities. Domestic and international travel may be required.

Develop, implement, and sustain PLC-based control software and HMI for drilling applications. Create design documentation, network architectures, and BOMs; provide Level 3 technical support, field troubleshooting, and onsite rig support as needed while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Lead design and development of hydraulic circuits and systems for drilling rig equipment, oversee construction and testing, provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting, ensure compliance with standards, coordinate subcontractors, and perform detailed engineering analyses.
