Design and develop electronics hardware for space and defense systems: create schematics and PCB layouts, perform hardware integration and testing, develop test plans, ensure requirements traceability, and support project planning and technical interfaces.

Support avionics manufacturing by leading process design and continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma. Specifies/purchases capital equipment, troubleshoots hardware/software, improves throughput and process variation, and supports cross-functional deployment and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.

Plan, develop, and deliver change communications for an SAP S/4HANA modernization. Create tailored messaging, communication plans, and content; align leaders and stakeholders; support readiness, go-live, and adoption; embed communications into OCM and program governance.

Lead cross-functional, cross-site project teams for complex aerospace propulsion programs (NPI, IRAD, high-volume production). Own technical scope, budget, and schedule; develop requirements, perform trade studies, prepare proposals, drive design and production efficiency, interface with customers, mentor junior engineers, and help establish project engineering best practices.

Lead design and delivery of industrial automation projects: develop equipment specifications, integrate controls and robotics with MES/ERP, manage vendor testing and commissioning, troubleshoot, train staff, and collaborate with IT, Safety, Facilities, Industrial Engineering, and Manufacturing Operations.

Contribute to development, integration, and verification of hydraulic and electromechanical control systems for defense platforms. Create requirements, V&V approaches, verification plans, automated test scripts, and execute system/subsystem integration and qualification testing. Support anomaly investigations and collaborate across development teams and sites.
