Leads and develops an automation engineering team supporting aerospace manufacturing operations. Identifies and deploys automation, robotics, controls, digital manufacturing, and AI-enabled technologies; manages projects from concept through production; develops technology roadmaps; coordinates resources, schedules, requirements, suppliers, testing, and validation; and drives improvements in productivity, quality, safety, throughput, and operational efficiency.

Performs financial accounting activities including balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, accrual analysis, variance reporting, audits, financial statement preparation, budgeting, and accounting policy updates. The role also supports closing processes, cross-training, special projects, and evolving business needs while collaborating with management and auditors.

Leads technical and continuous-improvement initiatives across the Data Center Cooling manufacturing value stream. Improves OEE, equipment reliability, process capability, yield, quality, throughput, cycle time, and manufacturing stability through statistical analysis, Lean, Kaizen, A3, and 8D problem solving. Partners with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance on root-cause investigations, corrective actions, equipment commissioning, validation, startup, ramp-up, and performance qualification. Coaches technical teams and mentors engineers while supporting manufacturing excellence and operational improvement programs.

Supports the Actuation Engineering team in developing aerospace products, components, and assemblies. Responsibilities may include conceptual and detail design, proposal design, technical report writing, part selection, engineering support, and contributing to project processes and execution. The intern works onsite in Torrance, California, as part of a multidisciplinary team and must be able to relocate for the internship.

Partners with program, engineering, planning, and finance leaders to manage financial performance. Develops KPIs, forecasts, EACs, budgets, dashboards, and variance analyses; supports close activities, risk assessments, business cases, and investment evaluations. Presents insights, improves reporting, resolves complex financial issues, and identifies process automation opportunities.

Serves as the responsible engineer and customer technical point of contact for space propulsion hardware projects. Coordinates product, design, drafting, analysis, fabrication, assembly, and testing teams; prepares engineering reports and production documentation; leads rocket-engine hot-fire support; and assists with bids, schedules, technical compliance, scope definitions, and estimates. The role shares responsibility for project cost and schedule targets and requires customer communication, onsite work, physical testing, and eligibility for U.S. security clearance.

Administers defense repair programs from quotation through delivery. Prepares repair proposals, manages customer authorizations and purchase orders, resolves contractual discrepancies, maintains orders and documentation, coordinates manufacturing, engineering, quality, logistics, and shipping activities, and monitors schedules, risks, pricing, and performance. Serves as the primary customer contact while supporting export documentation, government procurement requirements, source-controlled hardware, status reporting, and business growth for aerospace and defense sustainment programs.

Design, implement, verify, and debug real-time embedded flight software for spacecraft and space vehicles. Lead architecture and design decisions, develop simulators and automated testing frameworks, perform system-level testing, and support CI efforts. Collaborate with hardware, avionics, guidance, navigation, control, and systems teams. Mentor engineers, review requirements and code, and contribute across multiple Agile programs.

Supports Moog’s investor relations strategy by preparing earnings materials, presentations, releases, scripts, Q&A, and leadership messaging. Analyzes shareholders, sell-side research, peers, valuation, and capital markets trends; summarizes investor feedback; coordinates earnings cycles, conferences, roadshows, meetings, site visits, CRM administration, and vendor platforms. Partners with finance, legal, marketing, and business teams to ensure accurate, disclosure-ready communications while leveraging AI tools to automate recurring workflows.

Leads supply chain process improvement, systems implementation, SAP deployment, data cleansing, validation, reporting, analytics, and change initiatives. Partners with IT and cross-functional teams to standardize processes, develop digital and AI-enabled tools, support cutover and go-live activities, and align supply chain systems with business objectives. The role also manages projects, presents business cases, and drives adoption of process and technology improvements.
