Lead and coordinate complex aerospace aftermarket programs, ensuring contract compliance and delivery within scope, schedule, and budget. Lead a team to research, develop, test and implement advanced manufacturing technologies. Manage 4-5 engineers, plan projects using TRL/MRL frameworks, collaborate cross-functionally and with external partners, and drive manufacturing improvements (throughput, quality, variation reduction). Onsite role with ~10-15% travel.

Lead design, implementation, and support of automated manufacturing cells and systems (robotics, controls, machine vision, material handling). Specify and procure automation equipment, troubleshoot hardware/software, improve throughput and efficiency, collaborate cross-functionally, and support continuous manufacturing improvement and existing automation projects.
