Senior Process Engineer supports all product life-cycle phases including NPI, production transfer and delivery. Responsibilities include equipment evaluation, process and quality improvement, supplier and contract manufacturer coordination, root-cause analysis, tracking metrics (FPY, PCAS), and training. Electronics/circuit-card manufacturing expertise and IPC/J-STD-001 familiarity preferred. Travel 10-15% domestically and internationally.

Create detailed manufacturing instructions and NC programs for machined parts; establish tooling, gaging, and fixture concepts; review drawings for producibility; support shop-floor program prove-out and troubleshooting; estimate setup/run/tooling hours and costs; lead process improvement and train junior engineers/technicians.

Lead and deliver a $100M+ military aircraft production program. Manage scope, schedule, budget, contract compliance, cross-functional teams, customer communications, risk recovery, and support capture/proposal efforts while driving process improvements.

Lead strategic governance and delivery of a global ERP implementation and business modernization for the Commercial Aircraft Group. Align business strategy with technology and change management, manage program budget, timeline, risks and stakeholders, oversee integrations (SAP, MES, PLM), drive stabilization and adoption, lead PMO/OCM/data/finance teams, and own multi-year roadmap and value realization.

Design and develop hydraulic, electro-mechanical, and servo test equipment for space and defense products. Create system-level requirements, model systems with MATLAB/Simulink, perform hardware correlation, integration and verification testing, and lead/mentor engineering efforts to meet cost, schedule, and performance goals.

Support a global ERP (SAP S/4HANA) transformation as a Cost Accounting Process Analyst: gather and standardize requirements, design and document cost accounting processes, support configuration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), deployment and post-go-live stabilization, perform costing analysis and reconciliations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support master data cleansing and training. Approximately 30% travel; onsite/hybrid in Buffalo, NY.

Create and maintain production assembly and test instructions, support selection and implementation of production equipment, resolve production quality issues, track yield and cost metrics, facilitate design changes and engineering orders, and collaborate with operations, suppliers, and customers. Onsite role with limited travel.
