Lead enterprise Organizational Change Management for a multi-year SAP S/4 implementation: define OCM strategy, govern adoption metrics, lead an OCM team, manage stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness, and sustainment across program waves.

Manage assigned suppliers end-to-end to meet operational requirements: build relationships, monitor performance, evaluate and mitigate risk, manage purchase orders and corrective actions, expedite deliveries, lead problem-solving and supplier recovery, support supplier selection/development and NPI, provide input to supply chain planning, and pursue quality/cost/delivery improvements. Regular supplier travel (~10%).

Lead the design, standardization, and governance of enterprise integration solutions across PLM/CAD/MES/ERP and API/event-driven ecosystems. Define reusable integration patterns, guide teams on scalable secure integrations, support digital thread initiatives, enable end-to-end data flows and traceability, evaluate tools, and participate in architecture governance to align integrations with business outcomes.

Lead business unit finance activities including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasts, cost accounting, project profitability analysis, and presenting results to leadership. Partner with site management to drive financial performance, ensure compliance with accounting policies (including ASC 606), and manage a small finance team.

Prepare, analyze, and lead cost and pricing proposals for government and commercial customers. Build pricing models, ensure compliance with FAR/TINA/CAS and company policies, support audits and negotiations, present estimates to stakeholders, and coordinate cross-functional teams to support acquisition and program budgeting.

Lead procurement compliance and process improvement for government contracting: manage internal/external audits, train supply chain teams on FAR/DFARS and purchasing system requirements, develop procurement training and support compliance communities of practice.

Create detailed manufacturing instructions and NC programs for machined parts; establish tooling, gaging, and fixture concepts; review drawings for producibility; support shop-floor program prove-out and troubleshooting; estimate setup/run/tooling hours and costs; lead process improvement and train junior engineers/technicians.

Lead import compliance for U.S. Customs and government agency requirements, manage day-to-day entry accuracy, broker performance, and recordkeeping. Drive process improvements, automation, classification and country-of-origin determinations, trade preference programs, and respond to CBP inquiries while training cross-functional teams.

Manage cross-functional aerospace programs: develop schedules and plans, track cost/schedule/performance, coordinate resources, communicate with customers, prepare reports and reviews, support proposals/change orders, ensure contractual compliance. Up to 20% travel; onsite in Niagara Falls, NY.

Manage contract and sales order entry, invoicing, and credit processing in ERP. Coordinate logistics and resolve shipping issues, maintain program documentation and compliance, support audits, prepare contract briefs, handle warranties/returns, develop dashboards and reports, and liaise with internal teams and customers to ensure timely, compliant program execution.
