Manage and deliver assigned ERP modernization workstreams: develop detailed project plans, control scope/schedule/resources/risks, coordinate cross-functional teams (business, IT, system integrators), oversee testing/cutover/go-live and hypercare, maintain reporting/governance, and ensure successful adoption and transition to sustain teams.

Lead the Quality Engineering function for Electronic Operations: manage and mentor engineers, drive COPQ and nonconformance reduction, ensure regulatory and customer compliance (FAA, defense), lead RCA and corrective actions, apply SPC/DOE/statistical methods and Lean/Six Sigma, support NPI readiness, coordinate cross-functional quality activities, manage budgets, and represent Quality in audits and contract reviews.

Lead supplier development and manufacturing excellence for electronic components and assemblies. Perform supplier capability assessments, review manufacturing processes, drive PFMEA/MSA/PPAP activities, and recommend process controls and tooling. Support NPI, DFMA/DFX, process capability analysis, and continuous improvement to meet aerospace quality standards. Travel to suppliers ~25% to resolve production challenges and implement corrective actions.

Perform budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, month-end close, and financial analysis to support P&L performance and profitability for an aerospace manufacturing site. Build financial models, support revenue recognition per U.S. GAAP, drive process improvements, and partner with operations and program teams.

Lead design, implementation, automation, and lifecycle management of enterprise cloud platforms across Azure (and AWS). Build IaC, CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, resiliency/disaster recovery, and self-service capabilities. Partner with application, security, and operations teams, drive standards and automation, and support mission-critical enterprise workloads.

Lead design, build, and operation of enterprise agentic AI and RAG solutions for a regulated aerospace manufacturing environment. Implement vector stores, embedding pipelines, secure multi-agent orchestration, event-driven integrations, and production-grade CI/CD and governance to automate and audit digital thread workflows while ensuring compliance with export controls.
