Architect cloud/hybrid, PLM/ERP/MES integrations, digital thread/MBE, API ecosystems, and DevSecOps practices. Develop and mature manufacturing processes for aerospace production hardware, support NPI and legacy programs, design tooling/fixtures, troubleshoot process yield, specify capital equipment, and drive continuous improvement and automation in the machine shop, including technical ownership of gear production equipment.

Lead contract strategy, negotiation, and compliance for Turreted Weapon Systems programs. Mentor junior contracts staff, support proposals, manage FAR/DFARS regulatory risk, liaise with legal, finance, and program teams, and monitor contract financial performance.

Lead scheduling and planning for multiple business areas, create and maintain schedules, mitigate schedule risk, perform trend and data analyses, release work orders, provide completion dates and forecasts, communicate status to stakeholders, and participate in cross-functional problem solving and continuous improvement.

Lead design and analysis of precision rotating electromechanical slip ring assemblies from concept through production. Interpret customer specs, perform mechanical/thermal/electrical design and FEA, apply GD&T, create production drawings, interface with suppliers/customers, support manufacturing, testing, and internal R&D, and review peer designs.

Lead and execute quality processes for complex aerospace/defense hardware: failure analysis, root cause/corrective actions, inspection planning, customer/government audit support, supplier and production quality improvement.
