Lead an integrated product team to design, integrate, test, and transition TVC actuation systems for space/defense programs. Provide technical oversight, develop schedules and estimates, manage risk and earned value, support customer reviews, coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners, and guide engineering lifecycle from concept through production readiness.

Support operation, accreditation, maintenance, and auditing of classified information systems. Prepare and maintain RMF/ATO documentation, perform continuous monitoring, vulnerability scanning, patching, and configuration management. Coordinate with security stakeholders, maintain IS inventory, assist with assured file transfers, and ensure compliance with DAAPM, NISPOM, DISA STIGs, NIST guidance, and related policies.

Lead multiple concurrent space and defense programs, coordinating engineering, manufacturing, contracts, and sales. Manage planning, contracts, compliance, risk, schedules (using LN and MS Project), and provide executive reporting. Serve as primary customer interface and drive continuous improvement and Lean Product Development initiatives. Onsite in Blacksburg, VA.

Owner of electrical design lifecycle for complex boards and subsystems: define architectures, produce schematics, provide PCB design guidance (stack-up, routing, SI/PI), perform modeling/simulation, validate via analysis and lab bring-up, produce documentation, mentor junior engineers and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.

Manage supplier quality across lifecycle: conduct supplier assessments and audits, resolve nonconformances with CAPA, approve supplier documentation (PPAP, control plans, FMEA), support NPI, perform root cause analysis, monitor supplier performance, and drive continuous improvement using aerospace quality standards and AS9145 concepts. Travel ~25%.

Manage and deliver assigned ERP finance modernization workstreams through all implementation phases. Plan projects, track scope/schedule/resources, manage risks and dependencies, coordinate cross-functional teams and system integrators, support testing/cutover/go-live, and ensure adoption and transition to sustain teams while adhering to program governance and reporting standards.
