Collaborate with customers, suppliers, manufacturing, quality, and program management to meet military specifications and contract requirements.

Lead and build a division-wide PMO delivering predictable financial, schedule, and performance outcomes across a complex space program portfolio. Establish program baselines, EAC integrity, reporting frameworks, recovery plans, and talent development. Partner with Finance, Engineering, and Operations to protect margin, strengthen customer confidence, and drive consistent execution.

Plan, implement, and administer quality programs for aerospace manufacturing. Support production with failure analysis, root cause/corrective action, risk mitigation, inspections, supplier/customer interfaces, audit support, and quality plans to meet contractual and regulatory requirements.

Create tooling, fixtures, gages, and automation support tooling using Siemens NX. Prepare detailed drawings, collaborate with manufacturing and product engineers, support fabrication, evaluate machining technologies, and manage tooling workflow in Jira.

Support development, qualification, and production transition of hydraulic/electromechanical products. Create calculations, CAD models, drawings, and test procedures; support qualification tests; work with customers, suppliers, manufacturing, quality, and program management to meet contract and military requirements.

Plan and deliver assigned ERP modernization workstreams through Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Hypercare. Manage scope, schedule, risks, resources, dependencies, and cross-functional teams. Coordinate system integrators and stakeholders, support testing, cutover, go-live, stabilization, reporting, and transition to sustainment operations.

Lead design, development, and deployment of test equipment for circuit card assemblies and electronics boxes. Interface with Quality, Manufacturing, and Design to resolve production issues, train suppliers, integrate COTS equipment, and improve test software and hardware to optimize production and reduce test time.
