The Outside Sales Representative will develop customer relationships, pursue new business opportunities, manage sales strategies, and document sales activities in Salesforce.

Support sales associates by providing timely quotes and accurate sales orders, coordinating deliveries, answering sales calls, and assisting customers. Split time between warehouse, pipe yard, sales counter, and administrative duties while using CRM and phone systems to upsell and resolve customer needs in a fast-paced environment.

Support branch operations by maintaining inventories, reconciling WMS variances, assisting vendor and customer billing issues, implementing quality and safety controls, overseeing facility upkeep, and performing routine operational tasks under manager direction.

Teaches credit management, collections, financial statement review, UCC, and customer relationship skills to prepare for a Credit Manager role.

The Plant Takeoff Specialist reviews project documents, performs material takeoffs, and collaborates with project managers and engineers for water and wastewater projects, ensuring accuracy and scope compliance.

Drive regional revenue by developing key accounts (Ferguson, showrooms, builders), leading independent sales agencies, growing specification/project sales, managing pipelines and forecasts, and coordinating cross-functional teams for merchandising, training, and product feedback.
