Lead the Concur workstream within a multiyear SAP S/4HANA cloud transformation: manage SAP Cloud ALM, build Agile projects in Jira, coordinate client, SI and vendors, oversee full lifecycle (design, testing, cutover, OCM, hypercare), manage contracts/resources, and grow reusable practice assets.

Provide audit liaison support for SAP Public Sector Finance and Federal Financials, manage POA&Ms, perform data analysis, document internal controls, support audit walkthroughs and testing, prepare presentations and meeting materials, track PBCs, assist with test scripts and team deliverables on a DoD-focused, FedRAMP-hosted SAP program.

Provide Tier 3 SAP Basis and Enterprise Portal administration, supporting Java systems, deployments, backup/recovery, change management, and troubleshooting. Provide 90-day post-deployment on-site SAP functional support across hub-and-spoke sites: troubleshoot/help-desk first-line support, escalate to War Room, deliver informal training and knowledge transfer, coach end users on business processes and transactions, and stabilize SAP integrations for BUMED finance operations.
