limitations, gaps, and potential modernization opportunities.
· Evaluate the County’s current observability tools and architecture,
identifying dependencies, capabilities, and opportunities for improvement.
· Plan and execute proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives related to data
archiving and retention to help reduce operational costs and risks.
· Facilitate technical workshops and stakeholder discussions to gather
requirements, validate findings, build consensus, and align on architecture
priorities.
· Translate technical discovery findings into clear architecture
documentation, recommendations, and actionable delivery plans.
· Identify system dependencies, risks, gaps, and potential impacts
associated with infrastructure transitions and cloud modernization initiatives.
· Support the Chief Architect in establishing a clear understanding of
the County’s current technology landscape to inform future-state planning and
enterprise architecture decisions.
· Communicate architecture findings, recommendations, and project
considerations to both technical teams and senior leadership.
· Adapt to evolving priorities and collaborate across teams to support
timely assessments, decision-making, and delivery.

documentation and recommendations for both technical audiences and senior
leadership.
