Diagnoses issues, writes SQL queries, troubleshoots enterprise software and deployments, documents resolutions, collaborates with Engineering and Professional Services, escalates complex problems, and maintains customer communication. The role also involves identifying recurring issues, improving support processes, participating in technical training, and developing expertise in Microsoft technologies, SQL Server, web platforms, and .NET.

Provide technical expertise for Experlogix CPQ Design Center: diagnose and reproduce complex configuration, pricing, and document-generation issues; analyze configurations and data using SQL/FetchXML/OData; produce bug reports and guidance; collaborate with product, development, and services teams; maintain knowledge base and participate in testing and validation.

Provide Tier II technical support for CPQ software and ERP/CRM integrations. Diagnose SQL Server, web application, database, and integration issues; collaborate with Engineering and Professional Services; document root causes and resolutions; identify recurring problems; and improve support processes and customer experience. The role requires troubleshooting expertise, SQL knowledge, familiarity with Microsoft and web technologies, and strong communication skills. It is remote within the United States or Canada.
