Provide first-line technical support for employees: troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices and connectivity; assist with new computer deployments, software installs, system configurations, user account management and server/admin tasks; maintain documentation and service tickets; collaborate with IT staff on testing, upgrades, and enterprise IT operations while learning IT best practices in an aerospace environment.
