Manage core HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, training compliance, benefits and leave administration, disciplinary investigations, performance management, and employment-law compliance. Maintain HRIS records, conduct background and eligibility checks, support supervisors on staffing and evaluations, and promote employee recognition and development.

Field-facing client services role for a long-term care pharmacy: build relationships with facility staff, provide customer training, perform medication cart/room audits and cycle fill checks, act as single point of contact, ensure HIPAA compliance, and troubleshoot issues.

Maintain timely, accurate posting and reconciliation of daily deposits, payments, and EOBs across payor classes; process credit card transactions, run posting reports, note patient accounts, and ensure HIPAA and departmental policy compliance. Support projects and other duties as assigned by the department manager.
