Processes accurate contractor settlements for assigned clients, including account reconciliations, invoices, funding requests, deductions, adjustments, and payment issue resolution. Maintains settlement data, responds to client and support tickets, coordinates with Accounting and Client Services, and ensures timely communication regarding payment delays. Requires payroll knowledge, strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and experience handling 1099 and/or W-2 payments.

Provides phone, email, and chat support to SaaS clients; manages client data, vendor onboarding, troubleshooting, system testing, Jira issue tracking, escalations, and follow-up. Builds client relationships, supports product adoption, contributes to knowledge-base materials, analyzes support trends, and collaborates cross-functionally to improve processes and product functionality.
