As a Senior Solution Engineer, you will engage with customers to lead technical discovery, solution design, and presentations, translating requirements into architectural solutions using the Snowflake platform.

Lead and coach a team in executive technical recruiting, building strategies, and enhancing AI workflows to attract top technical talent.

Analyze lead lifecycle, qualification signals, sales dispositions, and conversion trends to improve lead management effectiveness. Identify opportunities to align Marketing and Sales, optimize routing and scoring, and drive pipeline through data-driven insights and process improvements using marketing operations tools.

Manage 50–70 commercial client accounts, build trusted relationships, qualify deals, demonstrate Snowflake solutions, drive revenue and market share, support cloud adoption, and provide post-sale technical guidance to ensure customer success and utilization.

Lead end-to-end, multi-channel campaigns that drive practitioner adoption (data/ML engineers). Own audience segmentation, asset assembly, execution across owned/paid/in-product/partner channels, instrument learning, measure activation and retention, and share insights with product, marketing, and account teams.

Build query optimization and distributed data-processing algorithms, diagnose performance/scalability bottlenecks, deliver end-to-end projects, ensure operational readiness, mentor junior engineers, and develop tools to surface workload insights.

Lead acquisition and management of strategic Financial Services partners, create and execute GTM plans, drive partner and customer adoption of Financial Services products, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, GTM, Marketing, Operations, and Product to grow Snowflake’s Data Cloud ecosystem.

As a Senior Software Engineer for AI products, you will own features across the stack, develop the AI SRE product, create integrations, and collaborate on user experience while ensuring technical quality.

The role involves leading customer discussions on AI strategy, designing scalable AI solutions, and supporting enterprise Proof of Concepts. The engineer will translate technical concepts into business outcomes while navigating sales dynamics.

In this role, you will design and operate scalable cloud infrastructure, maintain CI/CD pipelines, improve system reliability, and respond to incidents, while collaborating with engineering teams at Observe by Snowflake.
