Lead go-to-market strategy and positioning for Snowflake's Interoperable Lakehouse across Apache Iceberg and Polaris. Create messaging, enablement, campaigns, and partner community programs; collaborate cross-functionally, inform product direction, develop competitive insights, and drive campaign success.

As a Sales Development Representative at Snowflake, you will drive lead generation by setting meetings, conducting outreach, and collaborating closely with sales and marketing to generate new business.

Lead enterprise implementations of Observe from kickoff through production readiness. Design telemetry pipelines for logs, metrics, and traces; configure OpenTelemetry instrumentation and collectors; migrate Splunk, ELK, and other monitoring environments; and build dashboards, alerts, and datasets. Establish milestones, address technical risks, enable customer self-sufficiency, and collaborate with engineering, product, support, observability engineers, and architects to ensure successful post-sales adoption.

Execute global talent programs, including performance review cycles, employee listening surveys, talent and succession reviews, and 360 feedback platform administration. Coordinate Workday testing, communications, documentation, reporting, user support, vendor workflows, purchase orders, budgets, and invoicing. Track milestones, participation, data quality, and action items while partnering with People, Finance, Procurement, Legal, analytics, and external vendors to improve program efficiency and scale.

Own technical relationships with strategic enterprise customers, driving Observe adoption, optimization, and operational value. Partner with SRE, DevOps, platform, and engineering teams to integrate observability into workflows, improve telemetry quality, reliability, performance, and cost efficiency, and guide architecture decisions. Lead health checks, architecture reviews, technical escalations, change events, and expansion opportunities while providing clear technical communication to practitioners and executives.

Drive complex enterprise sales cycles by presenting Snowflake solutions, leading value-based demonstrations and proofs of concept, conducting technical discovery, and connecting customer business needs to data architecture solutions. Partner with sales, channel partners, Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing while advising executive and technical audiences on cloud data, machine learning, and generative AI technologies. Approximately 30% travel is expected.

Own and operate Snowflake’s Zscaler Zero Trust platform, including ZIA, ZPA, ZDX, and ZCC. Manage Palo Alto firewalls and VPNs, Aruba wireless, and Cisco networking while supporting AWS, Azure, and GCP connectivity. Lead complex incident response, root-cause analysis, office network deployments, automation, observability, documentation, and major incident response. Participate in on-call rotations and travel internationally for site builds.

Lead applied research combining formal methods, automated reasoning, and modern ML/LLMs to build verified, trustworthy data infrastructure; prototype and ship production features, partner with engineering and product, and scale methods across teams.

Design, develop, and operate highly scalable distributed cloud control plane systems. Identify and resolve performance/scalability bottlenecks, deliver end-to-end projects, improve observability, ensure production readiness, and mentor junior engineers.

Define the technical vision and architecture for enterprise AI products, including multi-agent systems, tool-use frameworks, NL-to-SQL engines, RAG, and LLM reliability infrastructure. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Research leadership to bring AI capabilities to production scale. Design reusable context-engineering patterns, mentor senior engineers, lead high-stakes technical initiatives, and drive experimentation and technical excellence.
