Lead operational testing, launch, and mission operations for Electron and Neutron vehicles. Manage and train engineering teams, develop CONOPS, test plans, HMIs, and procedures, run Mission Control consoles, perform real-time troubleshooting and post-launch analysis, lead readiness reviews, and drive process improvements and root-cause corrective actions to scale launch cadence.

Lead operational engineering for launch pad ground systems, overseeing teams and Mission Control operations. Develop CONOPS, test plans, HMIs, procedures, training, and readiness reviews. Troubleshoot live anomalies, analyze post-launch data, drive root-cause analysis, and scale ground systems and infrastructure for Electron and Neutron launch campaigns.

Lead the design, testing, and operation of fluid systems for the Neutron rocket, mentoring a team and collaborating across engineering departments to solve multidisciplinary challenges.
