Rocket Lab’s IT team is responsible for how our global teams access information and run operations across our computer systems, networks, and devices. SENIOR LN DEVELOPMENT AND INTEGRATION LEAD
Based on site at Rocket Lab’s global headquarters in Long Beach, CA, the Senior LN Development and Integration Lead will spearhead the development, customization, and integration of our Infor LN (on Prem & Cloud Edition) ERP system. In addition to development of great solutions, you will lead technical initiatives to optimize business processes, ensure seamless system integration, and drive digital transformation across the organization. You will be a key member of the ERP team tasked with migrating LN on-prem to LN Cloud Edition.
WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of custom solutions within Infor LN
- Develop and maintain LN extensions, BDE’s, custom program scripts and custom tables
- Migrate LN extensions & custom program scripts and ION developments to LN CE
- Lead API and middleware integration developments using Infor ION
- Design and implement integration solutions between Infor LN, ION and third-party systems (CRM, WMS, MES, etc.)
- Establish development, code and integration standards and governance frameworks
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to ERP team members & conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with development standards
YOU’LL BRING THESE QUALIFICATIONS:
- 8+ years of experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience (12+ years of total work experience)
- 7+ years of experience with Infor LN/Baan ERP development
- 3+ years of experience in a technical leadership or lead developer role
- Proven track record of successful LN developments and integrations such as:
- Deep knowledge of Infor LN/Baan development environment
- LN data dictionary and table structures
- LN session customization and development
- Custom program script development
- Infor ION
- LN web services (SOAP, REST APIs)
- Ability to work with geographically distributed teams across multiple time zones
- Comfortable with occasional outside business hours meetings during key project phases
THESE QUALIFICATIONS WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE:
- Infor LN/Baan & Infor OS development certification
- Experience with Infor Ming.le, Infor OS, cloud-based LN environments
- Experience working in Manufacturing, or Defense & Aerospace
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
This position may require prolonged periods of sitting, standing, walking, computer work, and occasional exposure to moderate levels of noise, dust, and fumes in production areas.
Level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
