Administers employee benefit programs, including health, retirement, leave, FMLA, and workers’ compensation support. Maintains benefits data across HRIS, payroll, enrollment, and vendor systems; reconciles invoices and deductions; supports audits, open enrollment, compliance, and system changes. Advises employees, conducts benefit orientations, resolves coverage issues, and coordinates with vendors and internal HR, payroll, finance, and HRIS teams.

Prepare workpapers, tax returns, tax provision documentation, indirect tax filings, transfer pricing documentation, Form 8802 and other applications. Perform tax research, cash tax forecasting, respond to tax authorities, and drive process improvements while partnering with global business leaders.

Manage PR and communications for the SMX World Championship across Feld Entertainment markets. Duties include media relations, publicity materials, PR campaign execution, event and race-week logistics, credentialing, press box/photo den setup, PR budget tracking, and supporting influencer/celebrity activations while liaising with teams and athletes.

Support and execute Monster Jam public relations strategy across markets: create publicity materials, manage media/influencer relations, coordinate touring PR needs, run media training, handle press/VIP ticketing and PR budget tracking, and support special PR projects and events.

The QA/Compliance Administrator ensures compliance with regulations, manages training, oversees financial compliance, and implements process improvements for operational efficiency.

Import/export varied formats, archive projects, use online workflow systems, and apply basic After Effects skills. Collaborate with senior staff, meet deadlines, and develop postproduction skills.

Lead touring technical production for Monster Jam shows, supervising safety officials, stagehands, and AV staff. Plan engagements, manage local labor and venue relations, oversee equipment movement, submit tech and safety reports, procure production supplies, enforce safety program compliance, and handle fast-paced operational duties with extensive travel.
