Directs and establishes Human Resources functions for Feld Entertainment and all affiliated companies in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Policy Development, Regulatory Compliance, Employee Relations, Compensation, and other HR functions. This position collaborates with all levels of management for consistency and overall goal setting, and supports mgmt. through conflict resolution and monitoring of legal compliance in all HR practices.
Essential Functions
Provides HR support and expertise to Feld Entertainment Studios, all traveling shows and events for all HR matters including talent acquisition activities, employee relations, training, performance management, policy interpretation, and EEO issues.
Support employee relations initiatives that may include mediation of employee disputes; complaint investigations, employee terminations, and mgmt. consultations to minimize risk for the company and ensure fairness to all parties involved.
Provides oversight for the HR Department. Direct and supports the HR Business Partner activities as well as HR support roles in performing his/her duties that includes, but is not limited to, talent acquisition activities, employee relations, training, performance mgmt. and employee communication
Serves as a primary HR Stakeholder to ensure HR systems and projects support the company’s mission, vision and competitive strategy. Ensures HR systems meet the related workflow and reporting needs.
Ability to travel up to 30% including nights and weekends.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and relevant industry experience.
Minimum of 5 to 7 years management experience with strong focus on employee relations and that is directly related to the Essential Functions.
Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
