Manage peer-to-peer fundraising events and volunteer committees to generate $400K–$500K (territory goal $500K+), cultivate corporate and donor relationships, oversee event logistics and budgets, collaborate with Care Services and MarCom, run reports and analyze fundraising data, represent the organization publicly, and support territory development initiatives.

Manage and execute signature and third-party fundraising events across Upstate NY, recruit and steward volunteer committees and corporate partners, coordinate logistics and marketing, work with Care Services and MarCom, use donor databases and reporting to meet income goals, and represent the ALS Association at community events.

Manage and execute 2-3 signature fundraising events annually to meet a $300,000+ income goal. Recruit and steward volunteers, honorary chairs, sponsors, and donors; coordinate marketing, budgets, sponsorship fulfillment, event logistics, and performance analysis; collaborate with development, care services, and territory staff. May require overnight travel.
