Advises senior client leaders on internal and external communications strategy, organizational alignment, stakeholder engagement, messaging, and risk mitigation. Analyzes communications practices across complex programs, develops executive briefings and recommendations, coordinates with creative and digital teams, mentors junior consultants, and supports government client engagement. The role requires a Public Trust determination, Census Bureau facility access, and occasional travel.

Leads data and analytics strategy for client engagements, including data architecture, dimensional modeling, pipelines, governance, digital analytics implementation, visualization, and measurement. Translates complex findings into actionable narratives for technical teams, executives, and clients. Oversees tag management and data integrations, promotes scalable and privacy-conscious analytics practices, incorporates AI where useful, and may supervise early-career analytics staff.

Support client communications and integrated marketing campaigns from strategy through execution. Serve as primary client contact, coordinate cross-functional teams, plan events, produce clear public-ready content (including translating health topics), and lead reporting and project delivery for public and private sector clients in a hybrid work environment.
