Sell bundled facility services to non-acute healthcare, medical office, commercial, and industrial clients. Develop territory sales plans, prospect, respond to RFPs, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, manage transitions to operations, maintain Salesforce data, collaborate with operations, and build relationships to grow and retain business.

Lead strategic account planning and executive relationship management for 5-7 commercial real estate clients. Drive retention, expansion, and revenue growth through consultative selling, cross-functional collaboration, and disciplined account execution. Provide site-level administrative, operational, and compliance support to Site Managers. Manage rosters, hours tracking, payroll inputs (Epay), recruitment/onboarding tasks, compliance reporting, and coordination with HR, TA, Finance, BIT and Network Ops. Maintain organized records, produce accurate weekly/monthly reports, support audits, and identify process improvements to standardize administrative workflows.

Enforce airline 1+1 carry-on policy, identify oversized or excess carry-ons, direct non-compliant passengers to ticket counter, manage compliance area, provide courteous passenger instructions, communicate with airline and airport staff, and report incidents while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced airport environment.

Manage and reconcile general ledger entries and supporting schedules across 15 profit centers; assist Controller with monthly close; prepare post-close and intercompany reports; train branch accounting staff; support SOX and financial audits; coordinate data flow with departments to ensure accurate accounting.
