Manage and maintain employee time and attendance records, process and audit timesheets, resolve timekeeping discrepancies, support payroll input, ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws, and respond to employee timekeeping questions.

Provide in-house commercial legal support: draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements; advise on contractual risks and compliance; manage disputes and litigation oversight; partner with internal stakeholders and support corporate governance.
