Receives client requests, gathers required information, collaborates across departments and with distributors, maintains quote records in Salesforce, prepares reports, and responds to customer questions. The role focuses on meeting deadlines, improving quotation processes, supporting sales activities, and delivering effective internal and external customer service.

Provide end-user technical support for hardware, software, and peripherals; troubleshoot and resolve helpdesk tickets; support executive/desktop needs; update asset inventory; run diagnostics; escalate as needed; develop documentation and knowledge base; communicate technical info to non-technical users.
