Participate in a formal training program to support business development and marketing: conduct market research, create and execute campaigns, produce content, engage prospects and clients, assist underwriting and reporting, track campaign performance, support account retention and premium development, and help coordinate books of business.

Handle an inventory of executive liability claims (D&O, EPL, fiduciary), analyze coverage and liability, issue coverage opinions, manage defense counsel, develop litigation and resolution strategies, attend mediations/arbitrations, coordinate with underwriters/reinsurers, and ensure compliant, timely claims payments and reserves.
