Lead and grow the surety business across CO, NM, WY, and NV. Set regional strategy, manage budgets and staff, coach underwriters, maintain agency relationships, ensure profitable underwriting and documentation, and represent the company in industry functions.

Provide day-to-day customer service and operational support for surety underwriting: enter new and renewal business, process endorsements/renewals/cancellations, maintain bond/account files, prepare reports and communications, coordinate with agents and underwriters, submit and test IT programming requests, train teammates, and ensure compliance and accurate record-keeping to support account retention and service standards.

Underwrite and manage a portfolio of excess casualty business for the West region, balancing risk and profitability. Build and maintain wholesale broker relationships, evaluate submissions (applications, financials, loss history, inspections), apply loss development and pricing analysis, follow guidelines and regulations, support business growth, use performance data to manage results, and communicate decisions to internal teams and partners.

Lead and grow the commercial surety regional business across TX, OK, LA, and AR. Set regional goals, manage budgets and staff, drive underwriting performance, develop agent relationships, and represent the company in the market.

Manage the companys most complex commercial liability claims (construction defect, general liability, auto/trucking) with high financial exposure. Oversee investigations, experts, defense counsel, litigation strategy, reserves, subrogation, and stakeholder communications. Ensure coverage analysis, settlement negotiations, and compliance with reporting and licensing requirements.

Manage surety underwriting for contract, commercial, and subdivision bonds: analyze financials, prepare renewals, recommend cancellations, maintain agent relationships, ensure file completeness, rate bonds accurately, supervise bond processing, and provide branch/home office support.

Lead and scale infrastructure engineering and architecture teams to deliver secure, resilient, and cost-effective cloud, networking, compute, storage, backup, and monitoring solutions. Drive disciplined execution, operational handoffs, financial planning, and continuous improvement while partnering with security and business stakeholders to align infrastructure work to business outcomes.
