Analyze claims data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities. Develop KPIs, dashboards, reports, and actionable recommendations to improve claims efficiency, performance, and customer satisfaction. Ensure analytical accuracy and data quality while collaborating with claims teams, business partners, and executive leadership. Support performance-improvement strategies, process enhancements, and data transparency initiatives.

Handle management liability claims (EPL, D&O, fiduciary, crime) for private and non-profit clients: investigate, analyze coverage, manage defense counsel, negotiate/reserve settlements, prepare reports, and maintain adjuster licensure while supporting underwriting and recovery efforts.

Manage contract and commercial surety underwriting activities including financial and account analysis, bond renewals, premium and classification review, file accuracy, agency relationship management, and mentoring underwriting assistants. Provide recommendations to branch and home office, ensure timely workflow, and act as a primary service contact for assigned agents.

Manage complex Management Liability claims (EPL, D&O, Fiduciary, Crime) for private and non-profit clients. Investigate, analyze coverage, set reserves, direct defense counsel, attend mediations/trials, prepare reports, pursue recoveries, and support underwriting and business partners. Maintain required adjuster licenses and comply with policies.

Partner with business and technology stakeholders to analyze and map processes, identify improvement opportunities, define business requirements, support testing/training, and help implement transformation initiatives to drive operational efficiency. Travel up to 25% to support workshops and project activities.

Provide day-to-day customer service and underwriting support: enter new/renewal business, process renewals/endorsements/cancellations, maintain bond/account files, prepare reports and client communications, liaise with underwriters and agents, assist training, and submit/test IT programming requests.

Lead planning and delivery of large, cross-functional enterprise data programs. Establish Agile program governance, manage JIRA-based tracking and reporting, coordinate dependencies across teams, drive executive communication and change management, identify and mitigate risks, and continuously improve program processes and tooling.

Lead and manage a geographically dispersed underwriting team for the East Coast territory, maintain a book of business, manage agency relationships, coach and train underwriters, set underwriting policy and pricing recommendations, partner with Product, Actuarial, Claims, and Marketing, represent the company at industry events, and drive underwriting initiatives and portfolio performance while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Provide day-to-day customer service and support to underwriters, agents, and principals. Enter new and renewal business into rating systems, process endorsements, renewals, audits, cancellations, and non-renewals. Maintain bond/account files, prepare client correspondence and monthly reports, submit and test IT programming requests, and assist with training and process improvements.

Manage surety underwriting for contract and commercial accounts, perform financial and account analysis, prepare renewals, maintain agency relationships, supervise bond processing, recommend actions, ensure file accuracy, and communicate with branch and home office stakeholders.
