Manages Rexel customer accounts to grow and retain recurring revenue. Builds customer relationships, leads onboarding, adoption, expansion, renewal, and business review engagements, and communicates value propositions using operational and customer data. Identifies automation product opportunities, calculates customer ROI or savings, manages subscription contracts, and coordinates with sales, product specialists, services, and leadership. The role requires frequent travel to offsite customer locations.

Manage medium-to-high complexity projects for the Assembly Solutions Group, coordinating customers, sales, vendors, and internal teams. Promotes and sells Vendor Managed Inventory relationships, launches new VMI accounts, maintains scheduled inventory processes, and improves customer service levels. The role coordinates with vendors, internal sales teams, and customers to develop inventory solutions, align stock with customer requirements, and conduct regular onsite VMI visits. It requires VMI process knowledge, basic electrical materials expertise, Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong customer service and communication skills.

Conduct inside telephone and email sales, process quotes and orders, manage customer relationships, prospect for new accounts, and support outside sales personnel. Provide product recommendations, answer technical questions, follow up on proposals, resolve customer issues, and identify opportunities to increase profitable sales. Maintain product and application knowledge through training and collaboration with internal specialists and vendors.

Lead and develop an inside sales team for major-market industrial, commercial, and OEM accounts. Oversee quoting from RFP acknowledgment through submission, manage margins, enforce quoting standards, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, implement reporting and quoting tools, and drive quote-to-order conversion and profitable growth.

Lead a quotations team for complex industrial, construction, and OEM bids. Manage end-to-end quote lifecycle, ensure technical/commercial compliance (ISOTIF), set pricing/margin targets, coordinate with sales, procurement, manufacturers, and operations, and improve quotation processes and reporting to drive win rates and profitability.

Lead document control and expediting for large industrial electrical projects: manage submittals, version control, vendor/OEM coordination, expediting logs, portal billing, and on-time material delivery while ensuring contract compliance and continuous improvement across projects.
