Serve as primary operations coordinator for business members: handle inbound calls/emails, partner with branches and corporate teams, act as subject-matter expert on specialty trust accounts, perform compliance audits, manage ACH/wire and check processes, identify referral opportunities, and ensure adherence to banking regulations and internal policies.
