The Auditor audits freight pallets, performs equipment checks, verifies product quantities, and follows site leadership instructions.

Perform physical warehouse duties including loading, unloading, hauling, auditing, sorting, palletizing, cleaning, and other tasks assigned by site leadership. Follow safety procedures and meet production expectations on a 3:00PM-11:00PM Monday-Friday shift.

Coordinate dispatch and vendor communications to ensure timely deliveries. Receive and process work orders, PODs, and manifests; prepare reports; monitor routes and resolve issues; support customer service; enforce contractor policies and maintain accurate documentation of job status.

Supervise warehouse shift operations including safety, productivity, staffing, training, scheduling, cash/billing reconciliation, and customer issue resolution. Manage budgets, audit labor and billing reports, negotiate carrier rates, run daily closeouts, and prepare management reports while coaching and developing associates.

Support deployment, integration, and optimization of warehouse automation systems. Troubleshoot integrations with WMS/WCS/WES, monitor KPIs, develop SOPs, coordinate maintenance, and support continuous improvement and commissioning activities.

Manage daily warehouse operations with emphasis on safety, efficiency, staffing, budgeting, customer service, and reporting. Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise associates; audit labor and billing, complete closeout tasks, and enforce company policies and safety rules.

Supervise and support warehouse receiving, unloading, and loading operations including yard marshalling. Lead pre-shift meetings, safety observations, coaching and training, communicate with leadership and customers, and move pallets/cases using forklifts, pallet jacks, or by hand.

Perform audits of inbound and outbound freight pallets, conduct pre-shift equipment checks, verify product counts, and carry out other site-directed duties. Role is physical and fast-paced, requires regular lifting and following site safety and quality procedures. Prior warehouse or equipment experience is helpful but training provided.
