The Vendor Compliance Auditor is responsible for auditing incoming loads, ensuring compliance, identifying deviations, and documenting violations with photographs.

The Auditor is responsible for inspecting incoming loads, ensuring compliance with standards, documenting violations, and communicating findings. Physical work is involved, including lifting heavy materials.

The Auditor audits freight, performs equipment checks, verifies product and quantity, and carries out various duties as assigned.

Supervise night-shift warehouse operations including staffing, training, scheduling, safety meetings, budgeting, carrier negotiations, customer issue resolution, daily closeouts, and reporting to ensure productivity and compliance.

Manage day-to-day operations of a high-volume warehouse: supervise labor, ensure safety and service quality, optimize efficiency, handle budgets/P&L, recruit and train staff, manage billing/cash closeouts, and resolve customer/associate issues.

Lead business development and sales efforts to drive revenue growth. Identify and pursue new opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and oversee sales initiatives and team performance.

Supervise daily warehouse operations and associates, enforce safety and productivity, manage scheduling, hiring, training, budgets, billing and cash closeouts, negotiate carrier rates, resolve customer/associate issues, and prepare operational reports.

Support deployment, integration, testing, commissioning, and optimization of warehouse automation and material-handling systems. Troubleshoot systems, integrate with WMS/WCS/WES, monitor KPIs, coordinate maintenance, create SOPs and training, and work cross-functionally with operations, IT, maintenance, and vendors.

The Auditor will perform audits on freight pallets, conduct equipment checks, verify product quantities, and assist with various duties assigned by leadership.
