Support insurance agents and clients through the new business process by coordinating underwriting requirements, processing applications and policy changes, answering inquiries via phone and electronic communication, and performing in-person office support. Ensure accurate workflow for life products, annuities, billing, and accounting entries while providing excellent customer service.
