Prepares customized financial plans, including cash flow, tax, charitable giving, education, debt, retirement, insurance, and estate planning. Implements investment transactions, rebalancing, and tax-loss harvesting; supports advisors with client meetings, documentation, follow-up, and relationship management. Supports HR operations including recruiting and hiring, employee data entry, corrective actions, E-Verify, training compliance, records maintenance, benefits enrollment, policy oversight, and workers’ compensation insurance. Collaborates with the HR Director and manages personnel issues while maintaining accurate documentation and positive employee relations.

Conduct workers’ compensation insurance premium audits by reviewing payroll, financial, contract, and business records. Reconcile reported payroll, determine classification codes and subcontractor exposure, calculate final premiums, document results, and enter audit data. Communicate findings with policyholders, agents, underwriters, and internal teams; respond to billing inquiries and manage disputes while following applicable regulations and company procedures.

Work directly with the Chief of Staff and leadership to define and lead high-impact strategic initiatives end-to-end. Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses (CLV, cohort, pricing, forecasting), develop recommendations and implementation plans, and drive execution across commercial, product, retention, pricing, channel, and organizational scaling priorities.

Serve as the primary technical resource throughout the sales cycle for BIM and engineering software. Conduct discovery sessions, technical demonstrations, presentations, proof-of-concept support, and post-sales training. Translate engineering requirements into business value, contribute to technical content, provide market feedback to product teams, and represent the company at industry events while supporting revenue growth and customer success.

Provides administrative and operational support for Global Operations and Servicing teams. Maintains spreadsheets, internal systems, distribution lists, intranet content, communications, inboxes, help desk tickets, documentation, and physical mail. Coordinates recurring processes with internal teams and vendors, schedules meetings, and prepares leadership presentations while ensuring accuracy, timely execution, and consistent brand alignment.

Manages critical client accounts, resolves escalations, communicates with internal and external clients, and schedules service technicians. The role assesses client needs, provides timely solutions, supports department goals, and recommends efficiency improvements. Success requires strong communication, organization, independence, professionalism under pressure, deadline management, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
