Drive revenue by originating and managing relationships with large commercial clients. Structure and underwrite commercial loans, prepare credit analysis, monitor portfolio risk, ensure regulatory compliance, mentor junior staff, and represent the bank in the community to grow business.

Oversee all salon and hair‑school education programs: schedule Davines education, manage kits/inventory, interview students and applicants, lead and train teachers, run weekly education meetings, teach classes (including SPP after training), develop annual education calendar, coordinate with Creative Director and admin for scheduling and onboarding.

Support e-commerce reporting and analysis by monitoring traffic and funnels, measuring KPIs (CAC, AOV, LTV), identifying CRO opportunities with GA4 and ContentSquare, building Looker Studio dashboards, partnering cross-functionally, running ad-hoc analyses and maintaining data accuracy.
