Work across product, infrastructure, and processes to build security controls: develop security tooling and automation in CI/CD and IaC pipelines, run code analysis and intrusion tests, address Voice AI prompt-injection risks, and support security certifications and compliance.

Manage customer invoicing, post payments (ACH, lockbox, checks), reconcile AR to GL, maintain customer records, handle billing inquiries, execute collections and produce reporting to keep accounts current.

Own the vulnerability management lifecycle, reduce security risk across a cloud-native AWS environment, run incident investigations, tune and maintain SIEM, automate security operations with scripting, collaborate with DevSecOps and engineering, and support endpoint and network security monitoring. Prefer experience with containers and IaC.

Lead design, implementation, and continual improvement of the ISMS and BCMS. Manage ISO 27001/22301 certification, conduct risk assessments and BIAs, run DR testing, coordinate audits, report KPIs to leadership, and drive security awareness and compliance (including GDPR).

Operate and improve the Bangalore corporate IT environment: manage identity and access, Apple device fleet via MDM, onboarding/offboarding, SSO and automated provisioning, remediate security findings, provide hands-on office support, troubleshoot escalations, automate workflows, and document processes. Collaborate with Head of Security and IT to raise reliability and compliance.
